At Showroom Shine Auto Detailing, we value your time and ours. Please review our booking policy before scheduling:
1. Appointments & Payment
- All services require an appointment.
- Full payment is due upon service completion and key handover, unless alternate terms have been pre-arranged (e.g. maintenance clientele billed monthly).
- All listed pricing is tax exclusive. Applicable tax will be applied upon payment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- First missed appointment: A warning will be issued.
- Second missed appointment: A cancellation fee will be charged and must be paid before booking again.
3. Late Arrivals
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrivals may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the cancellation policy.
4. Vehicle Condition
- Pricing is based on the vehicle condition. Excessively dirty vehicles (excess pet hair, spills, etc.) may require additional time and incur an extra charge. You will be informed of any additional charges before we proceed with the service.
5. Weather Policy (for mobile services)
- In the event of extreme weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety and service quality. You will be notified as soon as possible.
